Kind Words From Our Clients…

What other people thought about the service provided by Hamilton Hunter

It has been my experience that there are only a few recruiters who address both the candidate’s and organisation’s job requirements. Tony is one of those exceptional few and one who effectively maintains an extensive business network to facilitate the right engagement to be connected with the right candidate.

Having first met Tony a few years back, I was at first guarded as to what one could expect from a recruitment agent. For most they are ten a penny and can be frustrating to work with – most say one thing and do another. Tony however not only promised on his delivery but went above and beyond. Since then I have never hesitated to make Tony my first point of contact on not only recruitment issues, but also on business advice.

Tony has worked for us as our sole recruitment partner dealing with a varied selection of positions ranging from data-input agents to Web Creative Managers. He has always ensured that only the most suitable of candidates are put forward for each position and the majority of candidates he has supplied have gone on to become full time employees. A pleasure to deal with!

Customer-centric thinking and action that provides value with each interaction. This is how I would describe the type of service that Tony delivers with in the area of talent search. He seeks to understands the needs of his customers and prospects and provides the solution that is most appropriate. It is a pleasure to have him in my network!

In working with Tony towards an MBA, I can genuinely say that I was never bored and valued Tony’s ability to translate academic theory into real world situations. In a world full of people who aren’t really sure what good looks like, Tony is never in doubt how to succeed and isn’t afraid of putting the hard work in to get it done.

I have worked with Tony on several recruitment campaigns over the last couple of years and found him to be extremely resourceful and committed to delivering results. I appreciate his honest approach and would recommend him as a recruitment partner. Tony has a good sense of humour and can add a smile even when things are challenging.

“I have known Tony for a number of years and recently engaged Hamilton Hunter to help with a senior appointment.
He was quickly able to put forward an excellent candidate with exactly the experience and personality that we required; leading to what has been a very successful hire. A high quality service provided at very competitive rates.”

I have known Tony for over 3 years now and during that time have been able to rely on him on numerous occasions to deliver exactly what I was looking for and more. He spends time getting to know his clients and their requirements which enables him to exceed expectations. He displays an excellent knowledge of the market place and has an extensive network of business contacts.
