£35,000 basic + uncapped commission (£70k+ OTE)

An established and growing workplace technology and IT solutions specialist is expanding its sales presence across the North of Scotland and is looking to recruit ambitious IT Sales professionals focused on new business acquisition.

This is a pure new-business role, ideal for a driven sales professional who wants to build high levels of recurring revenue through the sale of modern IT and cloud solutions.

What you’ll be selling

You will be responsible for winning new customers and selling a broad portfolio of software-led and cloud solutions, including:

  • Microsoft 365 licensing
  • Azure and cloud solutions
  • Cyber security services
  • UCaaS / cloud communications
  • Modern workplace technologies

The role

  • 100% new business development – no account management
  • Identify, target and win new customers across Aberdeenshire and Inverness-shire
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Build a strong pipeline of recurring-revenue opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing to convert campaigns into revenue
  • Manage activity and pipeline via CRM
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

About you

  • Proven experience in IT / technology new-business sales
  • Background selling Microsoft licensing, Azure, cloud, cyber security or UCaaS
  • Confident, motivated and commercially driven
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a genuine hunter mentality
  • Full UK driving licence
