Are you a proven new business Telecoms salesperson who knows how to take deals from first contact to close? If you thrive on winning, this is a standout opportunity with a fast-growing UK technology group.

Our client is expanding their Telecoms / UCaaS division and is looking for an accomplished sales professional to deliver Hosted Telephony, VoIP, UCaaS, Connectivity, Mobile and Collaboration solutions to SME and Mid-Market customers across London and the South East.

The Role

A 100% new logo acquisition position, typically selling 5–500-seat solutions with 3–9-month sales cycles. Strong internal support is in place across marketing, pre-sales, provisioning and service.

About You

You will have:

  • Proven success selling Hosted Telephony / UCaaS into SME or Mid-Market clients
  • A track record of exceeding new business targets
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder, multi-stage sales cycles
  • Strong communication skills and credibility with technical and senior decision-makers
  • A natural closing instinct and a winning mentality
  • Evidence of tenure and progression
  • A base in London or the South East, with flexibility to travel to regional offices

This won’t suit Account Managers, Enterprise-only sellers or those who dislike prospecting.

Package

  • Up to £45K basic
  • £75K–£90K OTE Year 1 (uncapped), £100K+ realistic Year 2
  • Car allowance or company car
  • Excellent benefits and full sales, marketing and technical support
