Our client is an award-winning commercial cleaning & facilities management organisation with offices throughout Scotland.

They are looking to attract a highly experienced operations & service delivery manager to assume responsibility for the following:

  • Day-to-day management of the regional team
  • Regular client visits to ensure that the agreed service levels are being achieved
  • Encouraging continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conducting contract review and renewal meetings
  • Ensuring that resource planning is optimised
  • Weekly performance reporting to the Operations Director

The successful candidate will likely possess the following skills, experience and personal attributes:

  • Extensive management experience gained within cleaning or facilities management
  • Strong client management skills and ability to influence at a senior level
  • Fantastic people management skills and the ability to encourage and motivate exceptional performance
  • Highly numerate with accomplished commercial skills
  • An excellent understanding of Health & Safety within this sector
  • A strong desire to constantly & consistently deliver the highest level of customer service
