The Opportunity
We’re hiring for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our client’s AP Automation and broader digital solutions portfolio. You’ll be targeting SME and Mid-Market clients, leveraging their expansive customer base, and helping organisations streamline their operations and cut costs through automation.
This is more than a sales role – it’s a chance to shape the future of their proprietary software offerings and influence product development within an ambitious and high-growth division.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans focused on recurring revenue
• Selling across a suite of automation technologies – from AP Automation to wider digital transformation tools
• Capitalising on a rich pool of existing accounts and warm referrals, while driving net-new business
• Consulting with senior finance and operations leaders to uncover efficiency gains
• Delivering impactful product demonstrations and compelling business cases
• Managing full sales cycles with accurate forecasting and robust pipeline management
• Representing the brand at industry events and networking forums
Who You Are:
• A proven new business sales hunter in automation, digital transformation, or finance technology (e.g., RPA, BPO, DMS, Low Code platforms)
• Comfortable selling software solutions and consulting at senior stakeholder level
• Commercially sharp, with strong closing and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and eager to be part of an ambitious growth journey
• Ready to influence change and take ownership of your success
