To £30K Basic – circa £60K OTE (Uncapped Commission Scheme) + £4.8K Car Allowance (or company car) + Corporate Benefits Package!

Our client is one of the UK’s leading Managed Print Services providers, partnering with Global vendors to provide industry leading solutions focused on achieving greater utilisation, maintenance and optimisation of their clients print and document management environment.

To drive continued success across their existing and prospective client base, they are looking to attract a highly experienced business development professionals with a successful track record of developing an existing portfolio of clients, whilst always looking for the opportunity to acquire new logo business in the MPS space.

The successful applicant will assume responsibility for:

  • Creating and delivering an account development plan, aimed at cross-selling, upselling, and retention within your client portfolio
  • Developing and delivering a new business sales plan by Identifying and cultivating new prospects within the region too
  • Research, consult, scope, and advise on how to improve the MPS environment and performance versus cost in each client account
  • Deliver pricing proposals which ensure margin performance is achieved
  • Successfully manage the entire sales process to a close and facilitate seamless client onboarding and service delivery
  • Maintain an accurate record of existing and prospective client activity by effectively updating the company CRM
  • Liaise with relevant vendors to ensure all development opportunities are maximised
  • Schedule attendance at relevant networking events and industry conferences

Candidates will likely possess the following skills, experience, and personal attributes:

  • Extensive experience gained selling Managed Print Services to Enterprise, or Public Sector level clients
  • Highly experienced in delivering against account development plans and roadmaps
  • A consultative approach and ability to pinpoint improvement areas to ensure each client achieves a ‘purpose built’ and bespoke solution
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and effectively deliver compelling presentations to a wide range of clients and stakeholders
  • Strong commercial understanding with accomplished decision-making and negotiation skills
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and focused approach with a strong determination for success
